Skilled Nursing to provide complex healthcare and patient education.

Home Health Aid Services to assist in personal care.

Physical Therapy to restore movement and strength during recovery and rehabilitation.

Speech Therapy to improve speech-language and swallowing disorders.

BCH Home Health offers all our patients

• An evaluation of the your health needs by a registered nurse or therapist;

• Development of a plan of care by the nurse or therapist;

• An opportunity for the patient to ask questions, to be kept informed and to understand the services given,
  including information about charges for services and financial arrangements for payment;

• Assurance that all care is coordinated with the physician and other healthcare providers and is provided by
  qualified healthcare personnel;

• Instruction on how to care for one’s health needs;

• Assurance that care is treated confidentially.

How Are Home Health Services Reimbursed?
At BCH Home Health, we will handle all reimbursement issues with your insurance companies, Medicaid and Medicare.
