Weight Management

 

LEARN is an 8-week course designed for weight control using the most up-to-date, clinically sound programming available. It offers no gimmicks or tricks, but is based on decades of research.
The programs offers:

  • The Weight Loss Readiness Test;

  • How to monitor your behavior and then gain control over it;

  • Nutrition strategies organized around MyPyramid Food Guide;

  • Sure-fire strategies for finding the right fitness routine;

  • Relapse prevention techniques;

  • Nutrition guides for fast food & more.

Cost includes comprehensive lesson guide book and many hand-outs.
Meets as a group for 1 hour each week.
