Dr. Cook is board certified in Emergency
Medicine and practiced in the Beaufort
County Hospital Emergency Department for
twenty-seven years.

Anita Woolard, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner, Anita Woolard joins
Dr. Elisabeth Cook at Inner Banks Urgent Care. Anita, a native of Beaufort County, received her family nurse practitioner degree from East
Carolina University. She has over 10 years experience in Emergency Medicine.
 

Walk-ins are welcome.

Anytime you would see your family doctor but are unable to get an appointment, we offer same day/next day visits.

We will gladly see children ages six and older.

Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans accepted.
